Welcome to Lovefest Church’s Children’s Ministry. At Lovefest, our Children’s Ministry is an intentional school of discipleship designed to train and nurture children in a strong biblical foundation of the Word, worship and prayer, under the Order of Melchizedek. We endeavor to teach our children that they are significant and that their lives matter. The awesome teaching staff of Lovefest, made up of members and parents, all play a critical role in the success of the Children’s Ministry. We take our role of teaching, training and nurturing children very seriously. We know that this time in their life is critical and therefore, whatever helps to shape and influence their thoughts will ultimately help shape their future and their destiny.

Jesus demonstrated to His disciples just how precious children are to God when He stopped to take time to lay hands on and pray for the children being brought to Him. He corrected His disciples when they appeared to make it seem as though the children were insignificant to what Jesus was doing at the time. He taught them a very important principle when He said “Let the children come to me. Don’t stop them! For the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to those who are like these children” (Matthew 19:14 NLV). He, in essence, was showing us that those who would enter Christ’s Kingdom must be pure, simple and obedient, as little children.
